My experience with Crown Jewel Media was amazing! I decided to hire a videographer at (almost!) the last minute, and they responded immediately to all of my questions, talked me through the different options, and showed me fantastic sample videos. They were professional and so nice to work with...I barely noticed they were there, but they captured so many special moments! The video recaps are spectacular! Working with Crown Jewel Media was a wonderful experience! They were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, flexible, timely and willing to negotiate what we felt was fair pricing for the work completed. Crown Jewel Media did not simply meet our organizations expectations but they clearly exceeded them. Ms. Abdur-Rahman initially met with the ZKL Board to gain a better understanding of our organization and to discuss our specific needs. She then offered terrific suggestions for how we should develop our video and why it would be important for us to create a more emotional appeal. She also prepared a list of questions that she recommended video participants respond to in the video shoot. All of her recommendations were perfectly on target for what the ZKL Board wanted to accomplish. The actual production shoot also went very, very smoothly. In a very short period of time after the initial video shoot the editing of the video was completed and sent to the ZKL Board for final review. The end product she created was amazing! It was evident that she clearly understood the mission of our organization and the flow of the final product she put together was terrific, requiring no significant changes or further editing. The bottom line has been the public response to our video, which has been amazing! Use of the video has allowed ZKL to influence greater support from the local business community which has allowed our organization to successfully raise additional needed funds to support our youth programs and college scholarships for youth. The video has also been seen more broadly as a result of the numerous social media outlets that exist today. I’ve personally heard from friends and acquaintances from coast-to-coast who have seen the video and contacted me to acknowledge the great work the ZKL Education Foundation is doing. This too has lead to more individual contributions to our foundation.
